Dahlia Tuber Policy

All our tubers are grown right here in Montana on our small family farm. We clean, visually  inspect, and store all our tubers right here on site. We will not store or ship anything of a questionable nature. Every tuber we ship is guaranteed to have at least one visible eye or growth point.

We want you to be able to get the tubers early, but tubers will not survive freezing temperatures. Please check your weather and only purchase tubers if you are sure they will not freeze in your outdoor mailbox (we use USPS for shipping). We will not be responsible for damaged tubers once they are dropped at the post office.

Shipping will happen throughout the month of April and conclude April 26. (weather permitting)

If there are any issues, claims must be made within 48hrs of receiving. Tubers are a live plant and require some care and handling. We will not be responsible for growth failure, rot, or shriveling. Once the tubers are in your care the rest is up to you!

Please keep in mind that we are a small family farm. We only sell the very best of our tuber crops, but mistakes are bound to happen. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out by email and we will do our best to help.
